Cider/perry recipe: Raspberry Cider
A twist to traditional cider, when the apples are ripe so are the raspberries so why not?!
Ingredients:
The following ingredient quantities are based on 5 One gallon(s) of cider being made.

Mashed/ finely chopped in a blender |
| Yeast, all purpose |

1 packet/ as directed |
Instructions
- Put your newly made cider, blended/mashed raspberries and yeast all in a carboy/ large brewing bin
- Put on an airlock and leave for 3 weeks
- Rack and leave for a further 3 weeks
- Bottle and store in a dark cool place for 3-4 months
